Hi, it’s Abby Young here,

I wanted to take a minute to introduce myself and let you know a little bit about me. Over the past decade I have been involved in just about every aspect of health and fitness from corporate health to workplace safety, to nutritional and personal fitness advice and tips.

My big passion is sharing my knowledge and views through my writing and currently use my writing to help people learn how to achieve the body and lifestyle they want to achieve. Having been overweight and unfit myself, I now want to make it my mission to help as many people as possible lose weight and keep it off! Not only does a fit body mean that you look great, it also means that ultimately you will become a happier person and also hopefully be able to achieve in other areas of your life too.

As you already know, there are a lot of people running around trying to convince you that they know best. Well, I can’t profess to know all the answers but what I do know is that with help and motivation YOU can achieve ANYTHING you want to do in life and that includes achieving the body and fitness goals you need.
